CUT YOUR ARTICLE WRITING TIME IN HALF
By
Lately, I have been writing articles. I decided to use article marketing to promote some of my niche blogs so I opened accounts with three article directories.
Some common excuses I give myself for not writing articles prior to this is ranges from “I’m not sure I can write so fast” to “I don’t have enough time to write.” to “My brain gets blocked sometimes” to “I get stressed when i write.” I know I am not the only one. So many people would prefer to outsource their articles than sit in front of their computers and type.
If you can afford to contract your article writing, then by all means go for it as you will have time to do other things that you love more.
If you would rather save money or you enjoy article writing, then you had better learn the nitty-gritty of rapid article writing. How does thoughts of writing your articles in 20 minutes or less sound to you?
Here’s how I have learnt to do it:
1. Research a keyword
You have to know the most effective topics for your articles. Rather than carrying out surveys and asking your readers for their opinions and suggestions, save time by researching a keyword. This is the quickest way to know the topics in demand in your niche today. Keep to topics that you really know well. No one wants to spend hours doing extensive research and then have to begin writing.
2. Create your outline
Don’t get too energized to write your articles. Before starting, I’d advice that you create an outline. Knowing the things you want to discuss on your content ahead of time is a wise move. Do this by listing 3-5 main points you intend to cover. Make sure they’re closely relevant to the topic you have selected. Sort them out in a logical manner, starting from the most important information first.
3. Make your articles short
Limit the words that you will be using in your articles. Making your articles run for 300 words or a little more is good for starters. Besides, most readers have a short attention span anyway. Save time and space by going straight to the point and avoid the use of fillers or fluffs. Tell your readers what they need to know upfront.
When I first started writing my articles I spent about 5 hours a day writing, and 1 hour per day submitting. It was boring, hard work but I got results. Now, I am at a place where I could write 4 articles in an hour and I’m improving.

Saw your guest post on David Risley’s blog, it’s a good job you are doing here, man. Keep it up.
Article marketing is still a powerful way to build back links… you need to find the reputable directories. Which ones do you suggest?
